Our school has TWO Spirit Rocks you are able to reserve for birthdays, celebrations and special occasions for only $10.00/day. To reserve either rock, please review the calendar BELOW, if your date(s) are available, please email our Spirit Coordinator, Katie Chandler, at ILESpiritCoord@gmail.com to reserve. In your email, please be sure to specify what rock you would prefer: Front Rock (ideal for bus riders) or Car Line Rock (ideal for car riders). Once your date has been approved and your payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming your date(s).
Dates do fill quickly, so please be sure to reserve your rock ASAP!
Please review the following guidelines for reserving the Spirit Rocks:
- The reservation begins at 4:00pm the night before the reserved date and ends at 4:00pm on the reserved date.
- You must purchase paint for the rock, as well as any supplies such as paint brushes. It is your responsibility to paint the rock or find someone to paint it for you. The PTO will NOT supply the paint. The PTO will NOT paint the rock.
- The rock that is reserved is either the one sitting in front of the Elementary School (FRONT ROCK) or next to the car line (CAR LINE ROCK). Please do not paint the Intermediate School or Middle School rocks.
- Plan to use 2-3 cans of spray paint as the base coat. More will be used if the color you are covering is dark or bright.
